Electronics Engineer Michael Laine 18+9
18
Years of verified relevant human professional experience.
+9
Years of verified development and professional use of the person's augmentation.
The first number keeps the human first. The second shows how long the worker has deliberately built and worked with an augmentation that compounds alongside their career.
A CV describes the past. Your + can demonstrate present capability.
Two people may both have fifteen years of conventional experience while having very different levels of augmented maturity. The notation exposes that difference without pretending that augmented years are identical to human years.
Years alone are not enough.
Someone can operate a weak system for ten years. Another person can develop a highly capable augmentation in four. The + identity therefore needs an evidence layer beneath the visible notation.
From résumé guessing to proof of work.
A future role could specify education, minimum human experience, relevant + experience and demonstrated capability. Candidates who meet the threshold could be given a protected, representative test task through the platform.
This could remove much of the repetitive technical interviewing used merely to infer whether someone can do the work. It should not remove the human decision about whether two sides actually want to work together.
Never turn 18+9 into a social score.
The notation is intended as a transparent experience signature, not a ranking of human worth. A person should be able to inspect, challenge and contextualize the evidence attached to their professional identity.
